Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why don't you have specific (fixed) prices on your site?
A: Since the time required per drawing varies depending on the reference used, detail, and size, a specific price is not given on the site. Upon contacting me, I will be able to provide a specific quote based upon your order details.
Q: How do I pay for my purchase?
A: I accept cash or money orders. Payments are to be made before I begin the artwork based upon the quoted price dicussed via email. Other payment methods may be available upon request and some exceptions may apply for when the payment is to be made.
For people in town (Ignace), payment can be made in person by cash or money order. Cash is prefered. For people out of town, you are required to send a money order. An address for money orders will be provided upon request.
Q: I am from out of town, how do I get my purchase?
A: I can mail artwork to you (OR) I can deliver it if you are from Dryden or surrounding area. Delivery is once a month, usually between the 1st and 5th of each month. Mailing is done in a sturdy packaging to prevent damage to the item. For an extra 5 dollars CAN, your artwork can be shipped in frame to provide furhter safety.
Q: How long does a drawing take?
A: A standard 8"x10" drawing takes roughly 10 to 15 hours spanned over a two weeks time. Typically, to ensure you recieve your portrait when desired, order a minimum of one month in advance. Rush orders can be made for an additional $10.00 CAN if absolutely necessary.
Q: How can I order a drawing?
A: Simply email me! Once contacted I will request the necessary information I require to complete your order.
Q: Once finished, can I ask for changes?
A: During the drawing process I can send you progress shots of the drawing as it develops via email, if you request it. During this time, you can respond and request a change to be made, though only minor changes will be considered. However, once the drawing is completed, you cannot request changes because a fixative os applied upon completion.
